Sweet Potato Apple Pie Rice Paper Rolls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 apple
2 cheese sticks
4 rice papers
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Put potato pieces (1) in the water for 10 minutes. Drain and put potatoes in a heat-proof bowl. Cover the bowl with food wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
3. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Put them in a heat-proof bowl. Cover the bowl with food wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
4. Mash the potatoes (2). Add milk, honey, and the apples (3) into the bowl. Mix well.
5. Wet the rice paper. Put some of (4) and the cheese stick (cut into halves) on the paper and roll it.
6. Place (5) on an oiled pan. Cook on medium heat until golden on both sides.
7. Enjoy!
