5) Amaebi (sweet shrimp) from San Diego

All the fish was of top-notch quality, and the live amaebi that was served was more lively than those served at other establishment where one has to poke the severed head a number of times for it to confirm its worth. In my opinion, the quality is on par or even rivals that of Sushi Ota, at a more affordable price.

Sushi Tadokoro serves traditional Edo-mae Style Sushi. Everything is prepared using the best of local and seasonal ingredients from around the world. Behind every meal is hours of careful preparation using skills and techniques acquired over the years.
