Presenting you this Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken with Kinohimitsu Essence of Chicken. This recipe is not your typical braised chicken - these chicken cubes are seasoned with Essence of Chicken Kinohimitsu giving them a rich and deep flavour.

Ingredients
3 boneless Chicken thighs, approx.500g (cut into bite sizes)
20g Ginger slice (smashed)
5 cloves Garlic (smashed)
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Cooking oil
1 tbsp Light soy Sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 bottle of Kinohimitsu Essence of Chicken
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Sugar
cup Cooking wine
10g Basil leaves
