Smooth Matcha Tiramisu

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon matcha, plus more for topping
1 tablespoon sugar
100 milliliters milk, warmed
60 grams biscuits, crushed
100 milliliters heavy cream
20 grams sugar
120 grams mascarpone cheese, room temperature

PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, add matcha and sugar and mix well.

Warm milk in a 600W microwave for 40 seconds and add to the matcha little by little and combine it.

Add biscuits and leave for 10 minutes until tender.

Make the cream cheese: Add heavy cream and sugar in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

Add the cream to the mascarpone cheese and whisk to combine.

Place a layer of the matcha mixture in a container. Add a layer of the cream cheese and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Sprinkle with matcha and enjoy!
