Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.In a another medium pan, combine the sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar, and heat over medium heat until just before boiling. Add the tofu to the sauce and flip until the tofu is well coated. Remove from the heat and set aside.In a medium bowl, combine the mashed eggs, onion, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well. Plate the tofu and top with the mashed egg. Serve with cabbage and tomato alongside.Enjoy!
