Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
300g chicken wings
A
Salt, a pinch
Pepper, as needed
B
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

PREPARATION
1. Cut the chicken around bones. Break the bone and push the meat to the one end as shown in the video.
2. Pat dry the chicken (1) with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Put some vegetable oil on a pan and heat on medium heat. Cook the chicken (skin side down). When the skin is nicely golden, flip the chicken and cook until done.
4. Remove excess oil from the pan. Add all of the ingredients B and simmer.
5. Enjoy!
