Teriyaki Egg Burger-styled Tacos
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 tortillas
A
100g ground pork
1/5 teaspoon salt
pinch of black pepper

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
teriyaki sauce, as needed
lettuce, as needed
2 fried eggs

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, combine A and mix well.
2. Spread (1) on one side of each tortilla.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the tortillas with the meat side down. Cook over medium heat.
4. Once the meat is nicely browned, flip the tortillas and cook both sides. Transfer them to a plate, spread teriyaki sauce, and top with lettuce and fried eggs.
5. Enjoy!
