Tear apart the mushrooms to small pieces. Dust them with potato starch.2. Mix the eggs and mayonnaise in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for 40 seconds at 600W. Mix well. Microwave again for another 40 seconds.3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat. Stir-fry the mushrooms (1) until nicely golden. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan and simmer.
