2 tsp Sesame oil

2 stalks Scallions / Spring Onions (cut into 1 inch long)
100g Ginger slices
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cooking oil
