INGREDIENTS
2 cups diced unpeeled carrots

PREPARATION
1. Measure water to level 3 on the blending cup (about ¾ of a cup) and pour into the reservoir in the appliance.
2. Lock the blending cup in place, put the carrots in the steaming basket and rest the basket in the blending cup. Close the lid until it clicks and press the steam button.
3. Use the provided handle to remove the steaming basket. Reserve the water that has collected at the bottom in a cup.
4. Pour steamed veggies/fruit into the blending cup, close the lid and pulse. Adding a splash of reserved water at a time, keep blending until you have reached the desired texture/thickness.
5. Serve once cooled down a bit, or store in the fridge up to 4 days or you can freeze for up to 10-12 months.
