This is how we made our Filipino breakfast Cornsilog

Whats your favourite Silog recipe?

We levelled up our Cornsilog with corned beef specially from the Philippines! Though our version isnt the most authentic, adding Rum helps to keep the meat extra tender and add flavour boost.

Ingredients:
Corned Beef:
1 tbsp Cooking oil
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Red onion
1 can Corned beef
1 Potato
1 tbsp Rum
Pepper to taste
Calamansi
Spring onion

Sinangag (Fried rice):
2 tbsp Cooking oil
6 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fried garlic
1 tsp Chicken powder
200g Cooked rice
1 tsp Fish sauce

Itlog:
2 tbsp Cooking oil
2 Eggs
