Tofu Balls with Leek Sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
2 packs small tofu (silk)
3 tablespoons potato starch
1 teaspoon chicken powder

1 tablespoon sesame oil

B
100ml water
1/4 Japanese leek (chopped)
1 teaspoon chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Put all of the ingredients A in a plastic bag. Mix and knead.

2. Put some sesame oil in a pan. Cut off the corner of the bag (1) and pipe the tofu onto the pan. When the bottom of the tofu is nicely browned, fold in.

3. Add all of the ingredients B into the pan (2) and simmer. Add some black pepper.

4. Enjoy!
