Tofu Chocolate Truffles
8 to 10 truffles

INGREDIENTS
50g high cacao chocolate
80g tofu (soft)
A
20g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
B
Cocoa powder, as needed
Matcha powder, as needed
Powdered sugar, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Put the chocolate pieces in a heat-proof bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at 600W. Stir well. Microwave again to melt the chocolate.
2. Mash the tofu until smooth in another bowl. Add (1) and mix. Add the granulated sugar and cocoa powder (A).
3. Form (2) into bite-sized balls. Dust each ball with cocoa, matcha, or powdered sugar.
4. Enjoy!
