Tofu Matcha Mochi

INGREDIENTS
150g tofu (silk)

A
3 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon sugar

Match powder, as needed
Brown sugar syrup, as needed

PREPARATION
1. With a fine mesh strainer, crush the tofu until smooth.
2. Heat the tofu (1), potato starch, and sugar in a pan on low heat while stirring until well combined.
3. Let (2) cool and place it on a plate. Dust some matcha powder on top. Serve with the syrup.
4. Enjoy!
