Tomato Sukiyaki
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
3 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 pack Maitake mushrooms
200g beef slices (thin slices for sukiyaki)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic (chopped)
200ml sukiyaki sauce (aka WARISHITA)
Basil, as needed
2 eggs

PREPARATION
1. Slice the tomatoes and the onion.
2. Put the olive oil and the garlic onto an electric griddle. Cook until fragrant.
3. Add the onion slices (1) to (2) and stir-fry. Place the tomato slices on the griddle.
4. Break the maitake mushrooms apart. Add mushrooms and the meat to the griddle (3). Pour the warishita.
5. Cook on medium heat with a lid on until beef is done.
6. Remove the lid. Put some basil leaves on top. Serve with beaten eggs.
7. Enjoy!
