Is Tonjiru Better than Chinese ABC Soup? - ABC Japanese Potato Carrot Pork Miso Soup Recipe

Tonjiru is a hearty Japanese soup made primarily with pork and vegetables. This Japanese style ABC soup typically contains thinly sliced pork belly or pork shoulder, along with ingredients like daikon radish, carrots, and potatoes. The soup is flavoured with white miso paste, giving it a rich and savoury taste. Tonjiru is often enjoyed as a comforting and nourishing meal, especially during colder months, and it's commonly served alongside steamed rice. Try cooking it at home and let us know what you think.
