Onigiri with Luncheon Meat
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
60g luncheon meat
Nori (dried seaweed), as needed
Eggs (beaten), as needed
Vegetable oil, as needed
60g steamed rice

PREPARATION
1. Place the luncheon meat on a pan. Cook both sides on medium heat until nicely browned. Set aside.
2. Put some vegetable oil into the pan. Place the nori (1cm strips) and pour some beaten egg. Cook on low.
3. Shape the rice and wrap with the meat (1) and the nori egg (2).
4. Enjoy!
