Tornado Candied Sweet Potatoes
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
100g sweet potatoes
Oil (for frying), as needed
40g sugar
2 teaspoons water

PREPARATION
1. Slice the potato and cut them in halves. Skewer the slices on a bamboo stick.
2. Move the potato slices to make tornado skewer. Deep fry in the oil (170C/ 338F) until crispy.
3. Put the sugar and water in a pan and cook until caramelized. Pour over (2).
4. Enjoy!
