Tuna Mayo Okra Donburi
(1 serving)

INGREDIENTS
150g cooked rice
A:
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 can of tuna (70g)
3 okras
Seaweed flakes, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Remove the stems and tips of the okra, and use salt to rub away the fine hairs.
2. Place the okra in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 40 seconds.
3. Chop the okra into small pieces and mix it with the A ingredients (curry powder, mayonnaise, and tuna).
4. Spread the mixture from step 3 along with some seaweed flakes on top of the cooked rice.
5. Enjoy!
