Tuna NAKAOCHI Don

INGREDIENTS
1kg tuna NAKAOCHI with bones

A
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon mirin

2 bowls steamed rice
2 perilla leaves
Some dried seaweeds flakes
Some grated yam (tororo)
Some wasabi

PREPARATION
1. Scrape the tuna meat off the bones .

2. Bring a pot of A to a boil. Let cool.

3. Place (1) in a bowl. Pour (2) over and marinate for 5 minutes.

4. Chop perilla leaves. Grate the wasabi.

5. Put (3) on top of the rice in a bowl. Pour some tororo over. Add chopped perilla leaves, grated wasabi, seaweed flakes, and sesame seeds on top.

6. Enjoy!
