Here is what you'll need!

Twice Cooked Pork
Servings:2 or 3

INGREDIENTSl:
300grams Sliced pork belly (bite-size pieces)
3 tablespoons Miso
1 tablespoon Sake
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Grated garlic

1/4 Cabbage (bite-sized pieces)
2 Peppers (bite-sized pieces)

PREPARATION:
1. Put the pork belly, miso, sake, soy sauce, and grated garlic in a zip bag and knead well. Push the air out, close the seal, fold it in half, place it on a vat, and store it in the freezer. (Storage period: about 3 weeks)

2. Place the cabbage and peppers in a zip ba. Vent and close the seal, flatten and store in the freezer. (Storage period: about 3 weeks)

3. Make the hotpot meat. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add (1) and (2), half of each, cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

4. Remove the lid, stir well, and you're done!
