Vegetable Flower Pork Rolls
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
100g pork slices
2 baby corns (boiled)
1/3 carrot
2 okra
Green beans, as needed
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 table spoon sake
1 table spoon mirin
2 teaspoons sugar

PREPARATION
1. Cut the carrot vertically into 4 parts. With a cookie cutter, cut each piece.
2. Rub salt onto okra and remove the top.
3. Boil the carrots (1), the okra (2), and the green beans. Chill in the iced water, then pat dry.
4. Place the baby corn and the green bean on a pork slice and roll.

6. Season all rolls (4, 5) with salt and pepper. Dust them with potato starch.
7. Place all rolls on a lightly oiled pan. Cook on medium heat until golden.
