Vegetable Pulao Recipe | Potol Pulao | Gobindobhog Pulao Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients :• 2 Cups soak govindo bhog rice• 200 gm Paneer• 4 parwal big size without seeds• 4 TBSP oil• Salt to taste• 2 TBSP ghee• 4 green cardamom ,4 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon • Bay leaves• 10-12 cashew • 10-12 kismis• 1 ½ TBSP ginger, chilli paste • ½ TSP Turmeric powder• 4 cups of hot water• 3 -4 green chilli• Add ½ TBSP SugarProcess:• Add 4 TBSP oil in a pan• Add paneer • Add salt• Sauté it for few minutes• Keep it aside • Add parwal without seeds in the same oil• Fry it• Keep it aside• Add 2 TBSP ghee in the same pan• Add 4 green cardamom ,4 cloves, 1-inch cinnamon • Add bay leaves• Sauté it for few minutes• Add 10-12 cashew • Add 10-12 kismis• Sauté it for few minutes• Add 1 TBSP ginger, chilli paste • Fry it • Add 2 Cups soak govindo bhog rice• Sauté it for few minutes• Add ½ TSP Turmeric powder• Mix it nicely• Add 4 cups of hot water• Add salt to taste• Add fried parwal• Add green chilli• Cook for rice boil until 90% without lid• Add fried paneer • Add ½ TBSP Sugar• Mix it nicely• Add ½ TBSP ginger, chilli paste • Cover with a lid for 5-10 mins under low flame• Switch off the gas and keep it aside with lid for 10-12 mints• Serve hot ==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
