Celebrate Vesak With This Meat-Free, Umami-Packed Stir-Fried Mee Tai Mak

Our version of Stir-fried Mee Tai Mak is not only lip-smacking good but also packed with veggies and protein perfect for the upcoming Vesak celebration!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Cooking oil
20g Ginger
300g Mee Tai Mak
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Grated toasted Shitake Mushrooms
tsp Sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Vegetables:
1 tbsp Cooking oil
100g Dou Miao
150g Soybean sprouts
Sesame oil
White pepper
Salt
200g Shimeiji mushrooms
1 tbsp Soy sauce
tsp White pepper
100g Carrots

Cumin Tau Kwa:
2 tbsp Oil
1 Tau kwa
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Cumin

Garnish:
Toasted peanuts
