Wasabi Rubbed Steak
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
400g beef shoulder loin
Wasabi paste, as needed
1 tablespoon, olive oil
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
20g butter

PREPARATION
1. Rub wasabi onto the meat (both sides).
2. Cook the garlic with olive oil in a pan on medium heat until fragrant.
3. Place the meat (1) onto the pan (2). Add the butter. Cook both sides of the meat
until golden.
4. Enjoy!
