White Jelly

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle Calpis water (500ml, room temperature)
7g gelatin powder
Mango, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Pour 200ml of Calpis water into a heat-proof bowl.
2. Microwave (1) for 1 minute at 600W. Add gelatin powder to melt. Let cool.
3. Pour (2) back to the bottle. Shake 10 times.
4. Chill (3) in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. Squeeze out the jelly from the bottle into a cup. Place mango slices on top.
5. Enjoy!
