White Mapo Tofu
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1/2 leek (chopped)
1 piece ginger (chopped)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
100g ground chicken
A
2 teaspoons chicken stock powder
300g tofu (silk)
300ml milk
B
1 tablespoon potato starch
2 tablespoons water
Chili oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Put some sesame oil in a pan. Cook chopped leek and ginger over medium heat until fragrant. Add the chicken and cook until its done.
2. Add all of the ingredients A into the pan. When boiled, add B (potato starch and water). Simmer over medium heat until thicken. Add chili oil as you like.
3. Enjoy!
