Peel banana to half its length, split the fresh in half and place the removed piece in a plastic zip bag. (Put the remaining bananas with skin in the refrigerator to cool.)2. Add heavy cream and sugar to the zip bag in (1), knead well, and freeze for 2-3 hours.3. Transfer (2) to a bowl and stir with a hand mixer until it becomes a smooth cream.4.
