Whole Banana Ice Cream
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

2 Bananas (250g)
200 milliliters Heavy cream
50 grams Sugar
Chocolate syrup

PREPARATION
1. Peel banana to half its length, split the fresh in half and place the removed piece in a plastic zip bag. (Put the remaining bananas with skin in the refrigerator to cool.)
2. Add heavy cream and sugar to the zip bag in (1), knead well, and freeze for 2-3 hours.
3. Transfer (2) to a bowl and stir with a hand mixer until it becomes a smooth cream.
4. Transfer (3) to a piping bag and squeeze on top of the remaining half banana with skin. Finish with your favorite chocolate topping!
5. Enjoy!
