Yakisoba Dogs
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 pack yakisoba noodles
Yakisoba sauce, as needed
2 eggs (beaten)
Lettuce, as needed
100g beef (stir-fried)
1 sausage (cooked)
Mayonnaise, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Coat a heated pan with some vegetable oil. Place the yakisoba noodles.

2. Pour the eggs over the noodles. Cook on low with the lid on until the eggs are set.

3. Spread some yakisoba sauce on the noodles. Put the lettuce, stir-fried beef, and the sausage on them.

4. Add some mayonnaise on (3). Roll the noodles.

5. Wrap (4) with food wrap. Cut it into halves.

6. Enjoy!
