INGREDIENTS
A
150g flour
3g dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon seaweed flakes
140ml warm water

Vegetable oil (for flying), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of ingredients A in a bowl.

2. Cover the bowl (1) with food wrap. Let it rest in the warm room for 30 minutes.

3. Spoon the dough (2) into the oil (170C/ 338F) and fly until golden.

4. Enjoy!
