Sauted Oysters with Butter
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
10 oysters
Salt, as needed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
20g butter
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
Parsley (chopped), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Shuck the oysters and rinse with salted water. Pat-dry well with paper towels.

2. Season the oysters (1) with salt.

3. Put the oysters on a lightly oiled pan. Cook both sides over medium heat.

4. Add the butter into the pan to melt. Add soy sauce and stir. Transfer into a plate. Sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.

5. Enjoy!
