If you love figs like me and enjoy the idea of combining them with cheese, then this recipe will fascinate you.
Flaky, crispy phyllo parcels, baked with a filling of a juicy, sweet heart from fresh figs, butter and melted Greek tangy cheese and then served garnished with honey and chives!
A gorgeous, chic match for those who want to serve something elaborate but easy at their seasonal dinner table.
Lets see how to prepare them.
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS:
6 large fresh Figs
6 large Phyllo Pastry sheets, thawed
About 3 tbsp. / 40 gr. / 1.4 oz Butter, melted
35 gr. / 1.2 oz / 6 cubes Greek Kefalograviera cheese (or other hard goat cheese)
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Chives, snipped
2 tbsp. / 30 ml Greek Thyme Honey
