In Greek "Saganaki" means a small frying pan, which we use to create a great variety of dishes.
And similar to all iconic Saganaki dishes, this simple, easy, one-pan dish with Mussels is literally prepared in 15'.

Suitable for fasting if you substitute Feta with vegan alternative or if you don't use feta at all.

INGREDIENTS:
500 gr. / 1 lb 2 oz shelled Mussels, boiled, frozen (or fresh) & thawed (with their juices from the freezer)
1 cup / 170 gr. / 6 oz Feta cheese, cubed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
60 ml / 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
About 250 ml / 1 glass White Wine
45 ml / 3 tbsp. Dijon Mustard (without pits)
1 bunch fresh Parsley, finely chopped
20 ml / 1.3 tbsp. Lemon Juice (from 1 lemon)
Optional: A pinch of Chili flakes (boukovo)
Ground Pepper only
