Bean Sprouts Curry Soy Saute | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- ½ lb Bean Sprouts
- ½ lb Ground Pork
- ½ Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Seasoning:
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tbsp Sake
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- A pinch of Salt

Instructions:
1. Quickly wash the bean sprouts and dry well.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the meat well.
3. Add the seasonings and keep cooking until meats are done.
4. Add the bean sprouts and stir on higher heat to evaporate water.
5. Done!
