Bear Pizza
Servings: 1 pizza

INGREDIENTS
A
130g flour
2g salt
3g dry yeast
80ml warm water (abt. 35C/95F)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Pizza sauce, as needed
Mozzarella cheese, as needed
Cherry tomatoes, as needed
Dried seaweed (nori), as needed
Basils, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all the ingredient A in a bowl. Transfer the dough to the counter and knead well. Put the dough back to the bowl and cover with a food wrap. Let it rise for 30 minutes at 40C/104F in the oven (with bread rise option).

2. Take a bit of the dough (1) and form ears and a nose for the pizza bear. Roll out the rest of the dough. Place the cheese on the edge. Fold in the edge to wrap the cheese inside.

3. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough and place some mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes (preheated to 230C/446F).

4. Put some cherry tomatoes and basils on top. Cut the nori to make bear eyes. Place them on the pizza.

5. Enjoy!
