as needed ------- cooking oil

1 cup --------------- beef broth (from our meat boiling water)
1 pc ----------------- dried tangerine peel
1 tsp ---------------- white sugar
1 Tbsp -------------- light soy sauce
1 Tbsp -------------- bean sauce
10 oz ---------------- turnip (sliced)
1 tsp ----------------- corn starch
