Braided Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
200g potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons potato starch
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. With a fork, mash the potatoes (boiled).

2. Add salt, potato starch, and 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil into (1) and mix well. Put into a piping bag. Pipe the potatoes and braid them.

3. Deep fry the braided potatoes (2) in the oil until crispy.

4. Enjoy!
