This classic fresh Salad, renowned and beloved all over the world, is also quite popular in Greece. In my recipe, I have prepared it with a little Greek twist by using Greek lettuce, yummy slices of lemony chicken, Kefalotyri cheese and homemade croutons with Greek herbs. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did
