Carbonara Yaki Onigiri (grilled rice ball)
Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS
1/3 luncheon meat pack
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated cheese
250g steamed rice

A
3 egg yolks
Grated cheese, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the luncheon meat into 1cm pieces.

2. Cook the meat (1) in a pan on low heat until crispy and golden.

3. Beat the egg in a bowl. Add the rice, the meat (2), and grated cheese into the bowl and combine well. Divide it into 3 equal parts and make 3 onigiri.

4. Place the onigiri (3) on the pan. Cook both sides on low heat until nicely browned.

5. Place the onigiri on a plate. Put all of the ingredients A on top.

6. Enjoy!
