Japchae is a popular Korean dish that is both healthy and easy to cook. Typically made with beef or pork but I decided to go with chicken which tastes just as delicious!INGREDIENTS (4 servings):- glass noodles (12oz)- ~1.5 carrots- 1 stalk green onion- 1/2 yellow onion- spinach/spring mix- 1 shiitake mushroom- 4 chicken tenders- 1 egg - soy sauce- sugar- oil - cooking wine- sesame oil- salt - ground black pepper- garlic powderDIRECTIONS:1. soak glass noodles in water until soft2. slice vegetables into thin strips3. slice chicken and marinate in soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and salt4. boil softened noodles for 5 minutes5. boil spinach in salt water6. cook beaten egg and slice into strips7. add chicken strips to pan on medium heat8. once the chicken is cooked on the outside slowly add in sliced vegetables and stir fry9. add in boiled glass noodles, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce and stir fry10. drizzle dish with sesame oil and top with cooked egg strips11. serve and enjoy!
