These bagels are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside and extremely easy to make! You can customize them by using your own toppings; I used Everything but the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's and pumpkin seeds.INGREDIENTS (8 bagels):- 4 cups all-purpose or bread flour- 1and 1/2 cups (360ml)warm milk- 2 tbsp. instant yeast- 1 tbsp.sugar- 2 tsp.salt- 1 egg for egg wash- toppings and seasoningsDIRECTIONS:1. Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt and mix thoroughly2. Slowly pour in warm milk and knead into dough3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape the dough into bagels5. Boil each bagel in water for 1 minute on each side6. Brush on egg wash 7. Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes8. Serve and enjoy!
