Chicken Meatball
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
200g chicken breasts
A
100g tofu
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 teaspoon sake
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated)
1/2 teaspoon salt
B
30ml water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon potato starch
Steamed rice, as needed
White sesame seeds, as needed
Scallions (chopped), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Grind the chicken with a knife.

2. Mix the ground chicken (1) and all of the ingredients A in a bowl.

3. Using spoons, form (2) into balls and boil them in the how water.

4. Stir-fry the chicken balls (3) with all of the ingredients B in a pan.

5. Place the chicken balls (4) on top of the rice. Sprinkle with some scallions and
white sesame seeds.

6. Enjoy!
