Chicken Piccata with TarTar Sauce
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
300g chicken breast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg (beaten)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 boiled egg (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice

PREPARATION
1. Remove the chicken skin. Cut the chicken into 1cm strips.
2. Season the chicken (1) with salt and pepper. Let them sit for 5 minutes. Dust with flour.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Dip (2) in the beaten egg and place in the pan. Cook both sides until golden. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
4. Serve the chicken with the sauce (3).
5. Enjoy!
