Cigarette Cookies
Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS
40 grams Melted butter (unsalted)
1 Egg white
35 grams Powdered sugar
30 grams Flour
Vanilla essence

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Place flour and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix gently with a whisk.
3. Add melted butter, egg white and vanilla essence and mix well.
4. Spread (3) thinly in a circle with a diameter of about 8 cm on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in an oven at 180C for 6-7 minutes. When the borders start to brown, remove from the oven, peel a corner off with a palette knife, and wrap it around a chopstick while it is hot, and let cool.
6. Once the cookies have cooled down, pull out the chopsticks, and you're done!
