Ingredients:- 1 Broccoli Stalk- ⅓ Carrot- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce- 1 Tbsp Sake- 1 Tbsp Mirin- ½ tsp Sugar- 1 tsp Bonito Dashi Powder- 1 tsp Sesame Oil- Sesame Seeds, for garnishingInstructions:1. Peel the skin off of the broccoli stalk and carrot, and julienne.2. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in pan and stir-fry the broccoli and carrots over medium heat, for about 2 minutes.3. Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and the bonito dashi powder. Cook for additional 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.4. Garnish with the sesame oil and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
