Cream Croquette with Crab Sticks
Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS
1 hanpen (fish cake)

A
50g crab sticks (kanikama)
1/4 onion (chopped and microwaved for 30 seconds)
10g melted butter
1 tablespoon milk
1/3 teaspoon consomm powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Panko breadcrumbs, as needed
Oil (for frying), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mash the hanpen in a plastic bag with hands.

2. Add all of the ingredients A into the bag (1) and knead. Divide the hanpen mixture
into 3 equal parts and form into balls. Coat them with panko breadcrumbs.

3. Pour the oil into a pan (to fill just 1 cm depth of the pan). Cook the croquettes (2)
until golden.

4. Enjoy!
