Ingredient
• 3 TBSP oil
• Cumin seeds 1 TSP
• 500gm boiled Kethal /Jackfruits
• 2 TSP chopped ginger
• whisked card 1 ¼ cup
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP coriander powder
• Garam masala 1 TSP
• Kasuri Methi
• chopped green chillies
• 1 TSP Black pepper
• Ghee 1 ½ TBSP
Process:
• Heat the pan and 3 TBSP oil
• Add Cumin seeds 1 TSP
• Add boiled Kathal /Jackfruits
• Sauté it for 5-7 mints
• In a same pan add 1 TBSP Ghee
• Add 2 TSP chopped ginger
• Add whisked curd 1 Cup
• Add salt to taste
• Add TSP yellow chilli powder
• Add Jackfruits /Kathal
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder
• Add ¼ cup whisked curd
• Add ½ TBSP Ghee
• Add Garam masala 1 TSP
• Add Kasuri Methi
• Add chopped green chillies
• Add 1 TSP Black pepper
