As you know, I love sweets, and I eat them every day.

I know it's not healthy at all, but I don't want to restrict myself from the cakes and sweets that I love so much.

I define cakes and sweets as nutrition for my soul.

It's like fuel to keep going.

But keep in mind, it should be in a small amount. And eat mindfully.
