Deep Fried Smelt Fish with Lemon | HAPPY WOK

For Seafood Lovers, Particularly fish. Here is a deep fried cooking that you might like. Small thin fish, dipped with batter and deep fried to crispy stage. 1 pound --- smelt fish (cleaned out)
** marinade **
2 tsp ------- rice wine
1/2 tsp ----- salt
pinch ------- black pepper
as needed -- cooking oil (for deep frying)
** batter **
1 cup -------- all purpose flour
1/2 tsp ------- baking powder
1 tsp ---------- sugar
pinch --------- black pepper
3/4 cup ------- water
1 Tbsp -------- cooking oil
** optional **
1 PC ----------- lemon
NOTE: not suitable for kids or person with weak digestive system. Or remove bone before eating.
