Today, I'm gonna be making a double chocolate Yule log.
Fluffy and sweet: The best Christmas cake for chocolate lovers!

Cake Batter 2030cm baking tray
35g (2.5 tbs) Unsalted butter
30g (4 tbs) Cake flour
10g (1.2 tbs) Bread flour
10g (1 tbs) Cornstarch
10g (1.2 tbs) Cocoa Powder
60ml (1/4cup) Whole Milk
5 egg yolks

Meringue
3 egg whites
120g (1/2 cup+1 tbs) sugar

Whipping Cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
10g (1 tbs) sugar

Milk chocolate Ganache
60g(6 tbs) Milk Chocolate
100ml (2/5 cup) Heavy cream

Semi-sweet Chocolate Ganache
120g (3/4 cup) Semi-sweet Chocolate
180ml(3/4 cup) Heavy cream
